- All movies, series, originals, and educational material are provided for personal, non-commercial viewing only.
- You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to stream content in accordance with your subscription.

Subscriptions & Payments
- Charges for paid plans are described on the Pricing page and are billed through our payment providers.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account page; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds are handled in accordance with applicable law and the policies of the payment provider used.

Prohibited Conduct
- You agree not to misuse the service, including: attempting unauthorised access, scraping content, transmitting malicious code, or interfering with other users.
- You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or in a way that harms the rights of others.

- Our trademarks, logos, and service names are owned by WIMPRO.
- Unless otherwise stated, the service and its original content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

- You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
- The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for your current billing period.
- Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
